PROCEDURE OF EXTRACTION OF THE CLASSIC SCIENCE

1 GENERAL OBJECTIVE
 - Cervical spine pain syndrome is common in clinical practice and has many different causes. Patients with cervical and low back pain are mainly treated by medical methods (90%), only 10% are indicated for surgery.
 – The method of stretching treatment of cervical spine pain syndrome with a computer-programmed stretcher has proven effective in practice. The person who performs this method before assigning this method in addition to clinical evaluation needs to have a full range of laboratory results, conventional X-ray films and MRI, bone density measurement to determine the cause and extent of the disease. disability of the patient.
2 SMALL INDICATIONS
 - Degenerative spine
 – Protrusion, bulge, disc herniation
 – Mild spinal dislocation (early stage)
 - Cervical spine syndrome
 - Common back pain
 - Curvature of the spine (functioning)
3 CONTRAINDICATIONS
 – Have spinal cord injury, spinal canal disease
 - Tuberculosis, spine cancer
 – Inflammation, abscesses in the spine area
 - Osteoporosis grade III
 – Increase blood pressure
 - Spinal cord injury
4 PREPARATION
4.1.Implementer
Doctors and physicians trained in traditional medicine are granted practice certificates in accordance with the law on medical examination and treatment.
4.2.Sick people
 – Check your weight, remove braces, necklaces, earrings, hairpins and prepare mentally before doing stretching.
4.3.Vehicles
 – Stretcher, neck traction belt in good working condition.
5 PROCESSING STEPS
 - Explain to the patient.
 – Position the patient on the stretch bed.
 – Check and install the traction belt for the patient.
 – Turn on the machine, determine the force and stretching time (formula: cervical spine equal to 1/3 of weight – 10kg).
 – Turn off the machine when the stretching procedure is completed, the operator slowly removes the neck traction belt for the patient.
 – Instruct the patient to lie down for at least 2 minutes after stretching and how to sit up and get out of bed.
 – Treatment course: 01 times a day x 10-15 minutes, treatment according to the course of 10-20 times of continuous stretching.
6 MONITORING OF HAZARDOUS MANAGEMENT
 – This is a very safe treatment method when following the correct indications and stretching procedures. In the process of performing spinal stretching, it is always necessary to have a person to monitor the patient's condition, monitor the operation status of the stretching device and have full support facilities when adverse problems occur. . While stretching, the patient feels that the belt does not fit properly, need to turn off the machine and reinstall the belt, if the patient appears uncomfortable, neck pain, feeling short of breath, the performer should immediately stop stretching, to The patient lies on bed rest, check the pulse, BP, encourage the patient and take the next steps
