They are the main protein component in serum and are added to cell culture media to increase the stability of cell membranes and to bind possibly toxic elements. Cells are cultured in a medium containing 10% FBS of the tested batch. By flow cytometric analysis the cultured hMSCs are then assayed and analyzed for morphology, expansion and vitality of cells.</span></p>
